HOW TO INSTALL:
1.open txd tool and open gta3.txt
2.import without alpha then choose all the HD paintjobs texture
3.checklist overwrite
4.UN-check enable camnorm, check texture raster hash, reduce texture size to (follow the instruction as shown at screenshot)
5.go into game and check out new skins
