This mod provides to your gta sa an orange color filter reminiscent to early 90's, moreover, there are others ReShade effects to give a more "artistic" look.

This mod is for mid - low pc specs. And you can customize it chord your preferences.

I recommend using this mod alongside: 2dfx and Open Limit Adjuster.
