Bullet Time On/Off

Activate it from cleo menu and press 1+4 to start bullet time/slow mo, press 1+7 to go back to normal time, press 1+4 again if you want to go back to bullet time and so on. Press 6+7 to stop this script. You can also you use this while driving a vehicle.
