I don't know what was wrong with the original V3 copy for me but it wouldn't let me load my save game and with this it helps (I downgraded to 1.0 if anyone was wondering). Thank you so much! Now I can do my full San Andreas FP run!

The Vorbis file from this mod broke the library. Trying to uninstall this will break your computer.

Either Backup your dll files or watch a youtube guide to fix broken dll links.

Also the mod is incompatible with most animation and texture mods.

If you have Cleo or any other file that uses Vorbis. This mod will f*** you up!
