Note: This mod must be installed with modloader otherwise the game will start making odd noises cause these sound bitrates are too high for GTA SA.

@GtaPintArg Hi, sorry for late reply, GTA IV has different way of reading vehicle sounds so converting them from IV to SA is impossible unless i record them straight from GTA IV which is also quite difficult cause of world ambient sounds.
