GTA V Kill Flash Effect For GTA SA V3

This is one of the best mods by samontik25 mods for its make effects more reality like GTA V but with some UPDATES.
-add a flash effect as in GTA 5, when you kill someone.
You customize the color of the flash on the .INI file.
-amazing kill flash sound make the game similar to gta v.
-requires Mod Loader.
Updates:
-Added more slow motion on the new version similar to gta v.
-added blur when anything explode.

p.s if you hate the color you can change it any time.
