GTA IV+Rapper Style Animations

This is an animation mod which is a combination of WSSYAL's Rapper Style animation mod and roman-vybornykh's GTA IV animation mod. Btw roman-vybornykh might not be his name. Anyway, I combined them to create a new ped.ifp. This mod also has a freefall animation, thanks to Jensebong007.
