Now you can with this mod for gta san andreas!

You can mug people, all you gotta do is have a fire arm pointed at a ped but make sure you're really close for it
to work!

I have added a fix to the groove street members.
Now they won't lose focus of the player anymore!
It has been fixed!

Now fixed girlfriends, they can't be mugged and police can't be bugged out and same with rivial gangs!
