NO Traffic and peds GTAIV2SA ANDROID FIX

Note:This mod is for GTAIV ANDROID
In order to make this mod work you must have GTAIV2SA ANDROID installed
Steps to install:
Replace the folder :/sdcard/Android/data/com.rockstargames.gtasa/files/
with this folder
*Press Apply to all if asked
Open GTA IV MOBILE
Start a new Game or Loadgame. Resume sometimes can crash
If crash Again Restart.
