Presenting ' Subaru Impreza WRX STi ' Sound mod for GTA SA

Sound itself converted from Forza Horizon 4. Contains revs,
BOVs, and more cool sounds.
Just there are no bugs.

Updated the mod and fixed the revving sounds.
