Move files and use IMG TOOL to replace dff in gta3.img, check ur GPU and rename it yourself as your device GPU in "txd"

Get GPU-Z on google play to check it,

@Darknife its much better than the solo one, all you have to do is replacing dff in gta3.img using img tool, and moving "txd" to android/data/com.rockstargames.gtasa/files/texdb.... if u only want the solo version it was already posted sometime ago. Look it up :)
