A nice little script that can control TimeCycle values while ingame!

Features:
- Supports Compact and Hoodlum exes
- Supports default 8h and extended 24h timecycs ( https://gtaforums.com/topic/892517-24h-timecycle/ ).
- Edit TimeCycle values while ingame.
- Nice and easy to use UI.
- Auto save function, timecyc.dat gets saved at /moonloader/ after a while.
- Directional Light Multiplier (aka Illumination) can have any value between 0.0 and 2.55
