GTA V Realistic Police Scanner

I thought it's pretty unrealistic to hear always "We have a 10-47 in Ganton" so I decided to start with my first BIG mod to convert the police scanner from GTA V to San Andreas. Now you can hear with the Female LSPD dispatcher realistic calls like "Officer reports a criminal resisting arrest in Davis". The installation guide is in the ReadMe file. If there are bugs, report them through a comment!
