One Hit Kill - Guns & Explosives

This here is a mod that allows you to get a one shot kill with any GUN/PROJECTILE
in the game, there is a minor bug with some weapons that when you shoot
the reticle zooms in and slowly zooms out, if you can fix it feel free too.
