@Cleean Do you have Open Limit Adjuster?

@Aguia_X2 If you mean VSync yeah, my computer supports 60Hertz, and my monitor is only supports 70 and 75 Hertz. Because of that, if i don't enable vsync screen goes crazy. I will try with vsync disabled again later.

It crashes after 5 sec when I turn it on. I have open limit adjuster.

@Cleean Wtf????? I'm not talking about Vsync, I'm talking about the Open Limit Adjuster mod, do you have it?

@VillsSkyTerror Did you change the .ini file? Did you change the .ini file? or changed the open limit adjuster.ini?

@Aguia_X2 I have only change open limit adjuster to disable vehicle limits hack, since I use FLA for that.

Note: I put the 2 parameters below pedestrians to have a better identification of the parameters of the vehicles in the .ini file.

Peds = 140
PedIntelligence = 140
---> Vehicles = 110 <---
