Families with improved accuracy

This script will allow you to have homies with precise aiming upon recruiting them (THIS DOESN'T EFFECT FAMILIES THAT AREN'T RECRUITED WITHIN THE GROUP OF YOURS).

This script is particularly for the players that are fed up with gang members that aren't able to aim at the target properly (MISSING THE ENEMY TARGET UPON SHOOTING).
