This is just small update!

Installation:

1.Extract file "Timecyc" RAR file.
2.Copy "timecycp.dat" and "timecyc.dat" to "data" folder in your GTA SA game
3.Enjoj Mod

in the 3rd picture, i see you have the black road problem that is visible from the distance.
