look let be honest this one looks like a tranny,several of the other peds as well,prostitutes are either fat or ugly or a mixture of both,strippers the same.
as was said "most western games have ugly designs,protagonists are either a gun or an old man,the woman's all look like gorillas who would want to play such nightmare inducing game"

a big game filled with bugs,besides comparing this to yakuza makes you wonder why this look so bad,even japan games made in 2000 looked better.
think that the only reason limit adjusters,stream memory fix and other stuff started is because of anime mods.
as someone said "either you make the game look great with mods or you ruin it adding same style stuff.
and mods like this is because gtagarage exist they allow restextures and similar style stuff but ports of other games aren't allowed.

@meyen10 it's because Yakuza was a much smaller game than San Andreas. If you want better looking peds install the Vados peds pack.
