eine neue strecke für san andreas aus mario kart

in dieser version wurden einige fehler behoben und texturen neu angepasst

Fixes:
01: Absturz bug behoben
02: einige unnötige dinge entfernt
03: texturen verbessert
04: kompatibel zu ENB Series
05:Tanzparents bug der büsche behoben

01: have you other map mods in there because San Andreas has a file limit

02: have you changed the gta.dat

03: use you other mods that change the gta.dat ?
