How to install it?

Yes it would we nice if there was a Read me with how to install.

It looks really really nice.
But pls make a Tut or else.
Because i dont know how to install

No problem with installing:

Put LAn.ide and LAw.IPL in datamapsLA
Open gta3.img, add 0101.dff and 0202.dff
Add roskilde.col

If you have already 3 added .col file, use Steve COL to merge them into file + add roskilde.col.
Then add e.g added.col to IMG archive.

This map is from Rally Chanpionship with ugly trees

hey when i replacing the .ide and .ipl and then i start gta sa its crash,WHY?
