Network Q RAC Rally Championship - Stage 1

Network Q RAC Rally Championship (1996) DOS game 1st stage - Tatton Park
remake for GTA San Andreas. The map is mostly accurate, the size is half
of the original. The track is not properly covered all around.
Don't cut the track, because it won't trigger the finish.
The start is not perfect, because the DYOM timed mission trigger messes up
the countdown.
Set the draw distance to max or the map will be transparent.
