Easter Basin Military Base Improve

This mod will improve the military base at easter basin the improvement:
-add 3 submarine
-add flag on the carrier
-in the carrier there are 4 minigun
-add 3 helipad to the carrier

And more soon this only the version 1 I will update this mod soon.....
