@OVISEOMODS maybe he thought that if he give one star into every mods, it will increase the mod rating points, actually it's not and doing something like that just decreasing the mod rating points and also a kind of disrespect to the author, I rarely give some bad quality mods with 1 star or the average lowest is 6 stars

There's no such thing called as "Stealing the Idea". If you're talking about the deeper meaning, which brought us to a brighter conclusion, EVERYONE could share the same idea. Example, when I'm thinking about a Flying machine, someone may have think about that as well. So, It's not really matter. And, this is perfectly converted by Aldhayr. Check the TXD and the DFF. They'll be different. Different Authors, Different File. Learn your facts. Stop bitching around like you know everything.
