Shortly:
Correctly opened doors: add dummies and tuned pivots in a 3D Editor.
Fixed colors: edit materials in a 3D Editor.
LOD from GTA V: use YTD/YDR/YDD/YFT converter (GTAVPC) by DK22Pac, setup iLodLevel = 3 in GeneralSettings.ini)
New collision and shadow: editing and making meshes in a 3D Editor.
Deleted front operator's camera: select polygons and delete it =)
Lights (2dfx effects) : use 2dfx tool by DK22Pac (see the article "[SA] Creating 2dfx for your models")

I can help you with doors (in 3ds Max), some basics in YTD/YDR/YDD/YFT converter and in 2dfx tool by DK22Pac. To explain making collision and shadow is difficult and long for me.

You need for working with 2dfx:
1. a dff-file of vehicle/object
2. color and coordinates of lights (XYZ in meters, I use 3ds Max for this, I don't know ZModeler has this function)
3. other parameters of lights (blinking etc. but you can use information from standard helicopter/plane or other vehicle/object)
4. RW Analyze tool (for working with dff-file)
5. 2dfx tool by DK22Pac (for converting txt-to-2dfx / 2dfx-to-txt)
6. Any NotePad (for working with txt-file)

I can add lights to your model by myself. I need information from you: type/model of standard heli (maverick for example), scheme of lights positions or I can use original heli from GTA V.
Also I can write a simple tutorial if you think to add lights to your new models in the future wink

You can use cursor coordinates in ZModeler to know approximate coordinates of a light
Activate a viewport (Top, Left, Front etc.), move the cursor to a position (center of a dummy, a vertex, a detail etc.). Write coordinates to a text file.
Note! Viewport Top (Bottom) doesn't show cursor coordinate Z, viewport Left (Right) - coordinate X, viewport Front (Back) - coordinate Y.

For example I want to know coordinates of the dummy "siren1"

1. there is a flag that enables and disables 2dfx lights? like police and firetruck cars
2. the limit to add 2dfx lights it is 12? or we can add more lights

1. Emergency lights for special cars are in main exe. Not flags.
2. I had used 60 lights for my UFO FIB. I can't make more. So i think 60 is maximal.

And 2dfx effect is not for lights only. There are other effects: smoke, fire, flies, signs, escalator etc. You can combine these effects in one model

The thing is I´ve got this prop from GTA 4, and I have converted it into a trailer and I want to add 2dfx lights to an traffic arrow, but I have no idea how to do 2dfx light blinking at the same time, thanks in advance!

You can make it like rear left (or right) indicator with dummies in IVF.
I didn't see synchronous blinking 2dfx lights in GTA SA. I don't know how to make it pardon
... Maybe CLEO script only.
