why every car i install appear the car higher and farther the wheels it's look like i'm using hydraulics anyone know ??

Certainly.
Add the 127 on the list, with the three RGB codes of your color:
27,55,109 # 125 bright blue poly blue
236,106,174 # 126 pink light
0,185,92 # 127 green Automan green
and add it to the vehicle string:
admiral, 1,1, 2,2, 127,127
