The old old mod by Pumbars. It is outdated in terms of quality today so makes no sens to put some Paraguay labels on it and release without any improvement in model. Especially when you don't have any permissions from Pumbras to do this.
Don't ask why getting 1 points - it is not a good job to stick two textures to the old mod. Remake the whole thing to be better or post this shit in in private section of your blog.

this vehicle similar model (not equal) was used for years by the Paraguayan Police when your country was known for USSR and mine was an "anti- communist" dictatorship. I do not want to talk about history because it reminds me I'm in University studying.

There is a big difference when you post a mod without the author credits. that's theft.
