There is no texture for the body, it was used 30 years ago! XD
To add a decal you have to change the 3D body.
The 3D must be copied, the polygons that do not affect the decal must be eliminated, moved a little to the outside because it can not be in the same position, the UV-mapping of the decal texture must be done, and rejoined to the body.
Also bonnet, boot, doors and maybe even the bumpers are part of the body.
