How long you've been in GTAinside? If youre old member (before GTAinside change it appearance last year) you may not read admin notice. Before gtainside has grey-orange scheme, admin decide wether mod labelled faeatured or not, nowadays featured mods based on ratings/member vote. Ask Alex if i'm wrong

open up carcols.dat with notepad, scroll down find 71,53,50 # 113 dk.beechwood poly dark

replace it with
252,38,0 # 113 mclaren orange orange
