Albany finally decided to update their almost two-decade-old flagship sedan for the 1990s.

While the underpinnings of the Emperor are the same as the old model from 1992, the exterior and interior are all new for '93.

Based on the 1993 Cadillac Fleetwood.

IMPORTANT: THIS MOD REQUIRES MODLOADER OR IMGTOOL2.0!

Ok so sorry it took me a while, I was sick and still am, just a stuffy nose. But anyways it is adapted to imvehft, and I didn't need to do anything so for the people who use imvehft check this out good
