Judging by the headlights shape after the hood was opened and the car's shape itself, is this just me or was the car model taken from other game (Forza to be exact)?

No, there are many basic models on the net, which are not used for games, often only the car body.
I modified the lights according to Previon SA.

U made VW Beetle (sometime before GTA V cars). Can U make BF Bug (like in GTA I or II) from this car? I really miss something like that.

The peds must be 'rigging', and it is done only with 3d studio max 8-10, which for me with Windoews 10 no longer works.
You need the gta v folders where to find them:

obviously they are different parts, head, upper, lower, feet...
and each can have different textures.

You need Open IV to extract 3D files, and textures in .png format:

With DK22Pac converter convert files to .dff:

Then you have to know how to do the peds...

Yes, you are right. It's a Forza model, I've compared both of them now.

Then whoever upload the model took it from there.
It is not a problem, the important thing is that it belongs to nobody.

About 3.5 - 4.5 MB, then it depends on the extras.
Of course, make the changes!
