Why there's no files in the .rar archive after I downloaded it? Weird

by the way i have wanted to ask you before why did you remove bullet's back window in your mod ?

please correct me if i'm wrong but i think the beta rancher copcar is more like the vice city rancher with siren on top and the iconic black san andreas painting.

@matyi_varga_ well, idk if i can import cs. models for the game, my Zmodeler can't do that :c i will check later how to fix this or use other 3D Software.
i know those images too, except the colors of Remington and Washington, thx

now i can see the car on the picture is really look like it doesn't have a rear window. what version of zmodeler are you using, if it is not a secret ?

You could convert traffic lights from gta vice city to gta san andreas because in the beta version there would be gta vice city traffic lights in gta san andreas.

I can mod vehicles and bikes, but i lost the effect lights in Helicopters, Planes and i can't edit nothing about maps structures..

@UK10R4_X3 well, if i remember well i'm using the same version like you do. for sure, adding extra light effects to helicopters or planes is quite a challenge, i have tried before but failed several times.
yes, for real there are some videos where you can spot the red light on the tail of helicopters, i'm think you would have tried to do it.

The version's police maverick can be seen in the gta intro folder movies and in the stretegia guide also two sparrow have different door.
