Where is low poly?
1.7 Mb is not low poly for GTA SA. Without LOD, without damaged details. Standard collision of Greenwood. Without handling setting (so you can't have driver's seat).
Why you upload the unfinished mod? For who?
Study make normal things...

P.S. My first mods were remade standard cars: cabrio Buffalo, Super GT with green glass, Elegy in full tunning, Bullet with front boot, etc.
