You mean GTA IV rancher?
I don't think about GTA IV rancher as civil version because it is in Net. I use 4-door V Sandking with standard wheels as Rancher and V FIB Granger as FBI SUV in my game.
I'll plan to convert usual and winter 4-door GTA V Rancher XL (also North Yankton police SUV) in far future. But it will not be FBI version.
