I'm sure OpenIV can open rpfs of future DLCs.
Problem will be for installation of mods to GTA V.
I think it needs waiting of new GTA V patch to see the problem.

I loved the car, really really, the way to get inside the bus is great, but could you do the v2? that you can turn on the overhead lights, in this case it is with the letter "J"
with the same model and to enter the bus would be super cool ...
