Civilian HPV-1000

I have seen some mods that do the same, but it was never how I predicted the 'civvies' version of the HPV-1000, also I was just making these as a way to practice, also the bike looks pretty cool.
Replaces the FCR-900, but you can be used to replace any motorcycle if you know what their model name is.
