GTA SA - HD Dodo & Skimmer

This is a Edited OnePiece's HD Dodo.

I simply edited HD Dodo to make HD Skimmer and HD Dodo has some changes as fixed the Aileron, Elevator and Rudder and has the airplane Lights.
