Rustler Captain America Re-texture

A simple high quality retexture for Rustler. Works great at SA-MP, default colors won't overwrite the retexture so no need to make any changes to carcols.dat, but it's optional, color numbers will be in the readme.

I made this mod for myself then I decided to share with others. Hope you like it
