GTAinside: New Header Menu

As you might have noticed there is a new user menu at the top of the screen. It shows you new private messages or notifications and it's the new home of the search function.

Especially the notifications might be of interest for you: From now on, you will be informed when someone mentioned you or quoted one of your comments. Furthermore, modders will get additional information about who rated a mod including the score that was given. In addition you will be informed when a new video has been added and much more.

Check out the new features in order to explore more info. If you discover bugs or other problems, please leave a short message in the comments here! I will take care of it. Many thanks and stay tuned for more updates.

If display problems occur, please press CTRL+R to refresh the cache.

me too ! someone rates my mod 1 star and it's annoying, thanks for the new feature Alex ! we can now see who rates 1 star

^ Yep its a part of there troll.. believe me they just jealous if they put a 1 without a reason. i actually know who is he . that coward. btw its just a rate its not even affect the mod,or else they should download it before allowing to vote.

I've adopted your idea: From now on, your notifications will be automatically marked as read when you open the drop down menu. I hope you'll like that feature

the rating system hasn't changed. It's the same as before. But from now on you will be notified who rated your mod and how many stars you were given. good

At first, I didn't realize what's Happening, until i see the small Box in the top, It looks minimalistic smile And Finally, Now I know who rated my Mod, and how many stars they give. Very useful Alex! good Dirol

Fantastic and very very useful additions.

Btw, How long does it take until the notification number disappear? I think the number should be reset and have the shown notifications marked as read automatically after the notification list has been opened for a few seconds, just like Google+'s, instead of marking them as read manually in 'show all' page.

I think this would prevent old and recent notifications from being mixed up in the list, and too many stacked notifications because some lazy wankers (e.g. me, myself, and I) couldn't be bothered to mark them manually.
