Tactical M4

Tactical M4 replacement for the carbine rifle, there are two versions one without the acog and one with the acog site.
I had some people complaining that I only was making low quality gangsta/street guns (which I like) but I decided to do something else this time.

Installation: Go to: Grand Theft Auto VGrand Theft Auto Vupdatex64dlcpackspatchday3ngdlc.rpfx64modelscdimagesweapons.rpf and replace w_ar_carbinerifle_hi.ydr and w_ar_carbinerifle.ytd.
