Use OpenIV and go to "update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday3ng/dlc.rpf/x64/models/cdimages/weapons.rpf" and replace the models and textures from download.

About
I was bored and decided to rig Gary Smith into a baseball bat for GTA V, because why not? Model rigging is soon to come and this helped me practiced my skills for it.
