How to Install :
Normal tattoos:
- Open OpenIV and
- Go to x64v.rpfmodelscdimagesped_sp_overlay_txds.rpf
- Drag the files from the archive there

Face tattoos:
- Open OpenIV and
- Go to x64v.rpfmodelscdimages
streamedpeds_players.rpfplayer_two - Trevor
- Go to x64v.rpfmodelscdimages
streamedpeds_players.rpfplayer_zero - Michael
- Drag the files from the archive there
