T-Shirt Mod Pack for Franklin

Holy s*** looks like RockstarGames created it!

I don't know how to apply this, can someone please help??
I open up OpenIV
I click on GTA 5 for windows
I then click on the 'Browse' option
Then it directs me to my documents
I then click on Local Disk
Then Program Files (x86)
I then click on steam
I then go to steam apps, common and then GTA 5
Then I click x64 and it comes up with audio??
I've tried so many other ways but cannot seem to find what I am looking for. Any help would be much appreciated as I can't wait to jump into this mod.

There's nothing below that when I go through OpenIV though.... The only time that I can see this is if I do it the normal way, without using openIV?
