- You NEED OpenIV (get it from the link I included)

- With OpenIV, go to
"update x64dlcpackspatchday9ng dlc.rpf x64 models cdimages patchday9ng.rpf"

- Make sure you are in EDIT mode!
- Drag and drop all the .yft and .ytd , ymt files into there
- This character will replace the POLICE (Police) in-game.
