Enables rapid fire for all weapons!

Installation:
Copy the DLL and the INI file into the 'scripts' folder in your GTA V installation folder.

Make sure you use the latest .NET ScriptHook
https://github.com/crosire/scripthookvdotnet/releases

1.2: Added support for firing on anything you want!
