You NEED OpenIV 2.6.
1. Open OpenIV
2. Enable edit mode
3. Go to update/update.rpf/common/data
4. Drag handling.meta from downloaded folder, into this location, or right-click on handling.meta and click replace and choose the one you wanna put in game.

BULL! You stole ALL of my code (exact same damage on all vehicles. exact same suspension on most vehicles (he changed it a bit on the cars he made faster than mine. which is only about 20).
The other 200 or so vehicles are the same as mine. hunter

And I've spent days on this mod! You can't do it in 4 hours!
