Police State 1.1

The military of LS have initiated a state wide
non-hostile takeover. Details are sketchy so far,
but reports are coming in of military vehicles
roaming the streets, along with increased
police activity. There's also been word of a
nearly-complete military takeover in Alta and
rumours of escaped prisoners in Textile City.
This place just got a whole lot more dangerous,
so be careful - and watch your back!
