This modification will increase the amount of blood when shooting someone.

How to install:
**Make sure to make backups**
1.Start OpenIV
2.Go to GTA V / update / update.rpf / common / effects
3.Replace decals.dat
4.Enjoy!

Can somebody please upload the original "decals.dat" ?
