can you tell me !this mod use in gta iv or gta v?

I accidentally copied old manhatny dlc file add-on car named mansoyhy in dlcpacks by mistake so max brenda poster seems

@Vice-Boss but you can't work the game if you will install manhatny9.rpf file into gta4 game directly!!! before all else extract the contents in manhatny9.rpf file then just paste them all in manhatny9.iso file OK? bro!!!
