Make sure you have the map editor installed.
Script folder created inside of your gta directory.
Copy the file ultra music festival 2015 for AutoloadMaps folder inside the "scripts" folder in your directory Gta V.

Just get the car to go to the symphony orchestra stage and enjoy the party,
