INSTALLATION:

You need to download MapEditor http://www.gtainside.com/en/gta5/tools/77507-map-editor-1-3-1

After that you put the custom2.xml into your GTA main folder

Launch the game, press F7 and click on load map.

Type in Custom2 and you are done

It is located at the Airport
